PSG set price for Lee Kang-in ahead of summer transfer window

Paris Saint-Germain have set the price for a potential transfer of Lee Kang-in (25) at a minimum of €40 million, according to Sky Sport.

A significant amount given the value and potential of the South Korean international, who has made 44 appearances (11 goals). Reportedly being targeted by Atlético Madrid, the former Valencia CF player would not be opposed to the idea of returning to La Liga. Which is why his agent recently travelled to the Spanish capital to meet with the Colchoneros‘ management and discuss the outlines of a potential future agreement.

However, this deal will not be finalised until the two clubs have moved closer to terms. While Atlético would like to secure Kang-in’s services, PSG are not really considering letting the Incheon native leave. In fact, they would like to extend his current contract, which expires in June 2028.

A rotation player in Luis Enrique’s squad, the left-footed player has featured in 29 matches in all competitions since the start of the season, providing four assists and finding the back of the net three times.
