Alejandro Balde has established himself as one of the world’s best young full-backs since breaking into the first-team squad at FC Barcelona. The academy graduate is one of several academy graduates to benefit from Barcelona’s never-ending financial issues, as they have focused on a youth-driven approach to squad building.
The 22-year-old has made over 150 appearances for Barcelona thus far while chipping in with three goals and 21 assists.
