The Serie A giants need to balance their books by selling a few players by June 30, and Svilar has emerged as the most valuable asset for the Giallorossi.
Mile Svilar has established himself as one of the most dependable and underrated goalkeepers in Serie A since joining AS Roma from SL Benfica in a Bosman move in July 2022. The 26-year-old has made exponential progress in the last three seasons, becoming the first-choice goalkeeper for the Giallorossi.
The Serbian international has made over 100 appearances for AS Roma thus far while keeping 46 clean sheets and conceding 124 goals. Meanwhile, Svilar’s progress has stimulated the interest of several high-profile clubs.
