Three days after losing to Lyon with a heavily-rotated team, PSG host FC Nantes this Wednesday at 7pm. The game was initially planned to be held between PSG’s Champions League RO16 ties against Chelsea, but Les Parisiens successfully requested this home Ligue 1 game against Nantes, with the latter’s approval.
Luis Enrique already announced yesterday he’ll field “the best team to win” against Vahid Halilhodzic’s Nantes. The Franco-Bosnian head coach will sit out this game after picking up a controversial red card on Sunday against Brest.
Marquinhos, João Neves, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Ousmane Dembélé were all rested against Lyon. They are therefore expected to start against Les Canaris. The Ballon d’Or winner is set to replace Gonçalo Ramos, who missed a penalty against Lyon.
Portuguese internationals Nuno Mendes and Vitinha will both miss out after picking up knocks.
