FC Barcelona are reportedly targeting Eli Junior Kroupi (19) ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports.
But the Catalan club, which see the former FC Lorient player as a key part of their future plans, are not the only ones eyeing the young prospect. Several Premier League heavyweights, including Manchester City, are also said to have expressed an interest in securing the services of the versatile AFC Bournemouth forward.
The Cherries, for their part, are not planning to let Kroupi leave this summer, as they are already preparing for a season that will see them make their European debut.
Author of a phenomenal season at the Vitality Stadium, the French Under-21 international became, in the match against Crystal Palace this weekend, the joint-youngest teenager to score 12 goals in his first Premier League season, equalling Robbie Fowler and Robbie Keane, who achieved this feat with Liverpool FC (1992/93) and Coventry City (1999/00) respectively.
