OGC Nice striker Terem Moffi (27) has been granted permission to undergo a medical with Bundesliga side Hamburg on Saturday, as reported by RMC Sport. Les Aiglons and Hamburg have reportedly reached an agreement over a €2,5m transfer package for the Nigerian international centre-forward. Moffi is poised to sign a three-year deal with Hamburg. Nice will then hardly recoup the €22m they paid Ligue 1 rivals FC Lorient three years ago.
Moffi was always going to leave OGC Nice this summer with both parties inclined to put an end to their partnership. Last November, Moffi was attacked by Nice fans and he, alongside, Jéremie Boga, was put on sick leave. The striker then joined FC Porto on loan for the second part of the 2025-2026 campaign. Moffi was contracted with Nice until the end of the season.
