Désiré Doué handed PSG contract extension offer

Paris Saint-Germain are in the process of tying down their key players to new contracts, and Désiré Doué is the latest to receive an extension proposal from the European champions, as per a report from L’Équipe.

PSG are also in advanced talks with Ousmane Dembélé and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia regarding new deals. The former’s extension is set to be officialised. He is expected to sign until 2030.

Doué’s deal, meanwhile, runs until 2029. Since joining from formative club Stade Rennais, the France international has gone from strength to strength, although his start to the current campaign has fallen slightly short of the high standards that he himself has set. Regardless, Les Parisiens are keen to resolve his future. Talks over a new deal that would run either to 2031 or 2032 are now underway.

The offer submitted to the 21-year-old forward includes a significant salary increase, which reflects his current standing in Luis Enrique’s set-up.
