Leeds United ready to sell Largie Ramazani this summer

Leeds United could sanction a summer sale for Largie Ramazani, who has been quietly impressing while on loan at La Liga club Valencia.

Largie Ramazani does not have a future at Leeds United as Daniel Farke wants the winger sold, as per Football Insider. The Belgian attacker’s impressive displays at Valencia while on loan in La Liga have not impressed the German boss, who is already keen to add new wide options in the summer.

Largie Ramazani played a modest role in Leeds United’s push for promotion last season, scoring six goals and providing two assists in 29 appearances. Only a small percentage of those games were starts, but the winger impressed in spells. However, with Daniel Farke’s side beginning their new campaign in the top flight, he felt the winger was not needed in the team, which allowed him to join Valencia on loan.

After a slow start to life back in La Liga, where he has previously featured for Almeria, Ramazani has sprung to life over the last few weeks. He has four goals in the last seven games for Valencia in La Liga, which has prompted speculation over his future ahead of the summer.

Farke does not want the Belgian back in the team, with suggestions that he will tell Leeds United to sell him at all costs. Similarly, the club are also planning to offload attacker Mateo Joseph, who is also having a decent season while on loan at La Liga outfit Mallorca.

Ramazani may find suitors willing to take him away from Leeds United’s hands in the summer, as Spain could be a viable destination given his vast experience playing in the country. The West Yorkshire outfit are making big plans for the summer with the idea of staying afloat in the Premier League, which does not include the 25-year-old wide man.

Leeds United to sign a new winger?

Leeds United are expected to make considerable additions to their squad in a bid to further strengthen the team as they anticipate staying up. The wide area is one of the concerns for Farke, with the club already linked with Harry Wilson, while other players are also under consideration.

Despite the clear need for a different winger in the side, Ramazani’s form has not impressed Farke. Either way, Leeds United are expected to strengthen in the area, which could see them sign players who are ready-made for their objectives ahead of next season.
